my demo is literaly mint a fiew tiny marks, the shock is perfect but a bit to soft for me as i weigh 12 stone but i can turn the compression up a bit. so i dont think i will swap for your 223 as doesent have as good a shock

Alright dan? Im entering the FOD mini downhill race this december (6th) and was wondering if you wanted to as well? Also, mum and dad are going up to the cottage late december, so you could come along then as well to get a bit of practice in. You would be welcome to stay in the cottage Im sure. I still have to check with my grandparants though. To even see if its free, but if not Im still going!!
